You know that insults and criticisms are painful, right? So, don’t let these thoughts against yourself run in your mind. If you hear some from others, ignore it. Do not let yourself hear those again from yourself. Do not be your own hater. Do not insult yourself just because you heard from others. Do not belittle yourself just because others did. It’s alright to be hated by others, you can’t please everyone, but it’s wrong to hate yourself. You do not know how important you are to someone and how you are special because you are the reason for someone’s smile. You do not know how beautiful you are to someone’s eyes. You are someone’s hope. You are someone’s reason to wake up and live. Remember your parents, your family, your loved ones, your friends. What if one day they all went away from you and disappeared? It’ll be tragic because you love them and you need them. They would feel the same because they love you too.
I want you to remember that failures and flaws mold you to become better and successful. Do not hate these as if they ruin your life because they actually make your life. Imperfection is actually what makes you uniquely beautiful. Accept it and love yourself. Remember if every one of us is perfect, how troublesome this world would be. Just think what if we were all born in technological age, there would be no room for improvement. There would be no inspiring stories. There would no inventions. There would be no life. Do not forget that imperfection is nothing to be ashamed of. We all have them. Learn to accept yours. You are unique. You have unique talents that you possess. There are too many great things about you, if you just give yourself the chance to be free from your fears and let yourself reach your potential.
Remember that it’s alright if your plans didn’t go the way you want. If you lose an opportunity it doesn’t mean you will not have a better one which you deserve. Remember that you have to move forward, whatever happens. Yes, you are feeling so bad today. You feel overweight and you find yourself ugly. You feel that you are a big failure and you find yourself worthless. You can’t fix all your problems overnight, but it doesn’t mean you have to feel bad about these. If you feel uncomfortable with your weight, do something but don’t feel that you are lesser than anybody. If you feel sad because of your failure, do something but don’t treat yourself worthless. Improve yourself with love not hate.
Do not forget that you are not alone. You have family and friends who you can trust, open up to them. Let them listen and do not be afraid to be judged because they are the people who actually care about you the most. It will really help you to share your pain to someone. You might think that they wouldn’t care or that it would bring burden to them but actually it’s only you who aren’t ready. They will listen once you approach them. There’s no wrong in needing someone for help. Allow them to hold your hand and help you stand.

( In our daily life, we may not know that we are in contact with people whose voices are silenced by fear. They need help but because of the fear that they might get judged, they remain silent. They choose to keep their pain inside them and not let the world know. We may have a friend who we giggle with but actually dying inside. We may have a family who we think are okay but actually crying every night. The truth is there are too many of them around us. They need just an ear to listen to their issues without judging them. They need just a shoulder to cry on and burst their pain. We don’t have idea how the people we encounter every day are actually fighting a serious battle within themselves against themselves. And, this is actually so serious that could lead to self-harm or death. We don’t know the stories behind every smile. If you know that you can help and bring joy to someone, do it. Simple effort will help a lot. )
